  • RECRUIT

Learn to safely set up equipment and act in a professional manner. Assist safe loading and unloading of trucks. Pursue job advancement by learning trade as quickly as possible and becoming a responsible employee.
  • APPRENTICE
    The Apprentice is "THE MECHANIC'S RIGHT HAND MAN". He should assist Project Manager and Mechanic with tearoff, installation of materials and clean up. Learn to safely set up equipment and install materials in a professional manner. Assist safe loading and unloading of trucks. Assist with inventory control and maintenance of tools and equipment. Pursue job advancement by learning trade as quickly as possible and becoming a responsible employee.
  • MECHANIC
    The Mechanic is "THE PROJECT MANAGERŐS EYES IN THE BACK OF HIS HEAD". He is responsible for the installation of products and direction of Apprentices and Recruits. He is capable of safely setting up equipment and installing roofing. He also is responsible for safe loading and unloading of trucks, as well as, the inventory of tools and equipment. He provides training, instruction and guidance to Apprentices and Recruits.
  • PROJECT MANAGER
    The Project Manager is the "MAN ON THE JOB". He has full responsibility of the job while the job is in progress. He is responsible for the installation meeting the project specifications, job safety, customer relations, checking estimator's quantities, documenting change orders, finishing the job within the budget, and quality control.
