Our Installation Process
Hello I am Melissa Fabis, customer service representative at Jancewicz & Son. When you call into Jancewicz & Son or request an estimate here on our website, one of our trained professionals will collect all the necessary information in order to schedule an appointment with one of our professional home improvement consultants.
After being awarded a project, our administrative team goes to work securing all the necessary materials and permits as well as matching up the right work crew for the successful completion of your project.
Prior to the start of your project, your project manager will conduct a pre-construction meeting with you to go over the details of the project to avoid any last minute delays or miscommunications.
Our crews will stay on your project until job completion. Once the project is complete, your project manager will review the project with you to ensure your satisfaction.
Our administrative team will file all pertinent warranty applications and send necessary warranty information to you as well as a customer satisfaction survey, which we hope you will take the time to complete and let us know what we did well and where we can improve.
